6. Intellectual Property

• Final ownership of the code and digital product is transferred after full invoice payment is actualized.
• We hold the professional right to showcase completed software projects or designs in our agency portfolio globally.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not legally or financially liable for:

• Direct or indirect business losses post-launch.
• Data loss or disruptions strictly due to third-party services (like hosts, APIs).
• Major delivery delays caused purely by unforeseen external macroeconomic or API instability factors.

8. Revisions & Support

• Limited design or functionality revisions may be included strictly per the initial quote.
• Additional ad-hoc changes or scope creeps will be billed incrementally.
• Post-launch maintenance and support terms depend entirely on the active service agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve full rights to terminate active services and projects if these general terms are heavily violated, or if hostile professional conduct is identified.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any digital disputes will be settled within those legal bounds.
